Counseling

The elementary counseling program assists in the early identification and intervention of children’s needs. Activities are organized in a way that is appropriate to students’ developmental levels. Counselors work with teachers, parents, and administrators in order to address specific problem areas. Counselors address the following issues through individual and group activities: academic achievement, decision making, anger management, character education, conflict resolution, coping with divorce, separation of families, grief, goal setting, state and local testing (NJSLA 3, 4 and 5) and transition to grade levels.

Stephanie DiBartolo is the School Counselor for grades PreK-5.
