Comprehensive Equity Plan
The Comprehensive Equity Plan (CEP) requires that school districts identify and correct all discriminatory and inequitable policies, programs, practices and conditions within or affecting the schools located within a district. This is achieved through a self-assessment to identify areas in need of improvement and the development of a three-year plan to address them.
The most recent CEP required from the New Jersey Department of Education was completed in the spring of 2019 and will be in effect through the 2021-2022 school year. Click the link below to view the CEP approved for the WCPS.
