  2. PROFESSION/JOB DESCRIPTIONS (no professional athlete/movie stars ETC…..
    1. Ex. monthly/yearly salary-before and after taxes, what is required for your profession (college, schooling, certifications), University
  3. RESIDENCE (What kind of home will you have?) PICTURE OF HOME
    1. Ex. apartment, townhouse, single family etc….
    2. Rent/mortgage, features of the home
  4. FLOOR PLANS - how big is the place, square footage, home many rooms
  5. TRANSPORTATION (NEED PICTURE OF TRANSPORTATION)
    1. Type of vehicle
    2. Cost of car and insurance, gas, maintenance
  6. WEEKLY MENU
    1. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks
  7. GROCERLY LIST
    1. How much each item costs
    2. How often would you shop (twice and month or once a month)
    3. Monthly grand total
  8. FURNISHINGS - things that will go in your home NEED PICTURES OF FURNITURE
    1. The type of furniture and cost of each item (ex. bathroom, living room, dining room, bedrooms)
  9. PERSONAL BUDGET
    1. Monthly bills (car ins, maintenance, gas, nails, hair, school loans, entertainment, etc….)
  10. GROUP BUDGET/ROOMMATE - Expenses you and your roommate would share
    1. Ex. Rent, mortgage, electric, heat, sewer/water. Cable, home phone, internet, groceries.

ONCE BUDGET IS COMPLETE YOU CANNOT BE IN THE NEGATIVES OR YOU WILL FAIL YOUR PROJECT!
