  2. PROFESSION/JOB DESCRIPTIONS (no professional athlete/movie stars ETC…..
    • Ex. monthly/yearly salary-before and after taxes, what is required for your profession (college, schooling, certifications), University
  3. RESIDENCE (What kind of home will you have?) PICTURE OF HOME
    • Ex. apartment, townhouse, single family etc….
    • Rent/mortgage, features of the home
  4. FLOOR PLANS - how big is the place, square footage, home many rooms
  5. TRANSPORTATION (NEED PICTURE OF TRANSPORTATION)
    • Type of vehicle
    • Cost of car and insurance, gas, maintenance
  6. WEEKLY MENU
    • Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks
  7. GROCERLY LIST
    • How much each item costs
    • How often would you shop (twice and month or once a month)
    • Monthly grand total
  8. FURNISHINGS - things that will go in your home NEED PICTURES OF FURNITURE
    • The type of furniture and cost of each item (ex. bathroom, living room, dining room, bedrooms)
  9. PERSONAL BUDGET
    • Monthly bills (car ins, maintenance, gas, nails, hair, school loans, entertainment, etc….)
  10. GROUP BUDGET/ROOMMATE - Expenses you and your roommate would share
    • Ex. Rent, mortgage, electric, heat, sewer/water. Cable, home phone, internet, groceries.

ONCE BUDGET IS COMPLETE YOU CANNOT BE IN THE NEGATIVES OR YOU WILL FAIL YOUR PROJECT!
