Sen.
Hillary Clinton (D, New York) published a book while she was First
Lady of the
United
States, titled "It Takes a Village." The
premise of the book is that it is not only the responsibility of the child’s
parents, or teachers to raise and educate the child. But it takes the
entire community to raise, educate, and care for the child in order for
him or her to reach his or her full potential. The pages that create this
