RESOLVED that the Woodbury Board of Education hereby approves the Memorandum of Understanding between the Woodbury Board of Education and the Woodbury Education Association for the period of July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006. (Exhibit 06-83)

2. Memorandum of Understanding – 2006 – 2009

RESOLVED that the Woodbury Board of Education hereby approves the Memorandum of Understanding between the Woodbury Board of Education and the Woodbury Education Association for the period of July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2009. (Exhibit 06-84)

3. Agreed Upon Salary Guides – 2005 – 09

RESOLVED that the Woodbury Board of Education hereby approves the following agreed upon Salary Guides:

Teachers – 2005-06; 2006-07; 2007-08; 2008-09 – Exhibit 06-85

Custodians – 2005-06; 2006-07; 2007-08; 2008-09 – Exhibit 06-86

Extra Curricular (Non-Athletic) – 2005-06; 2006-07; 2007-08; 2008-09 – Exhibit 06-87

RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 7.B. 1-9 [N.J.S.A. 10:4-12] of the New Jersey Open Public Meeting Act, the public shall be excluded from that portion of the meeting involving discussion of: personnel.

FURTHER RESOLVED that the matters discussed which warrant official Board action will be acted upon, if possible, when the Board of Education reconvenes, or at the next available opportunity.
