RESOLVED that the Woodbury Board of
Education hereby accepts the audit report performed by Holman & Frenia,
P.C. for the 2005-06 school year which indicated “No Recommendations”. A synopsis of the report was

2. Health Insurance Plan Renewal – 2006-07
RESOLVED that the Woodbury Board of
Education hereby approves the revised rates with Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield
of New Jersey for the period 11/1/06 to 10/31/07. (Exhibit 07-53)
3. Submission of Grant Proposals
a) RESOLVED
that the Woodbury Board of Education hereby approves submitting a grant proposal
to the Cal Ripken Sr.
Foundation in the amount of $5,000 to be used for
equipment for the Varsity/Jr. Varsity Baseball team.
b) RESOLVED
that the Woodbury Board of Education hereby approves submitting a grant proposal to the New Jersey
Governor’s Initiative on Autism in the amount of $283,595 to enhance in-district autism services.

4. Acceptance of Grant – NJ Verizon
Foundation’s Competitive Challenge Initiative Technology in Education
RESOLVED that the Woodbury Board of
Education hereby approves accepting the New Jersey Verizon Foundation’s
Competitive Challenge Initiative Technology in Education grant in the amount of
$10,000.
5. Tech Prep Grant Program
RESOLVED that the Woodbury Board of
Education hereby approves participation in the Tech Prep Grant Program for the
period of September 1, 2006 through August 31, 2007 through the lead agency,

RESOLVED that the Woodbury Board of
Education hereby approves the appointment of Garrison Architects as Architect
of Record until the Board next reorganizes in 2007.
7. Submission of Project Applications

engineering services to amend the Long-Range Facility Plan and to submit
project applications, where appropriate, to the State Department of Facilities

that the Woodbury Board of Education hereby approves a second change order to
the Geothermal
Services Inc. contract in the amount of $1,326.87 for supplying two loads of ¾” stone for placement in the 10” piping
trench between the inside edge of
the existing track and the base of the hill.
d) RESOLVED
that the Woodbury Board of Education hereby approves a credit change order #1 for Altchem Environmental Services,
Inc. in the amount of ($5,000). This reduced
their contract to $150,000 for
the asbestos abatement at the high school.
