Woodbury Jr./Sr. High School Athletics

Woodbury Jr. – Sr. High school has grades 6-12 on our campus and has an enrollment of about 773 students (417 grades 9-12).

Woodbury is a member of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) and based on our population and our geographic location, we are a Group I, South school. Woodbury is also a member of the Colonial Conference which is made up of 11 Group I and II schools. Furthermore, Woodbury provides our student-athletes with a variety of choices within our athletic program. We offer 12 different sports for boys and girls in high school and five different sports for boys and girls in the junior high.

Students have 24 co-curricular clubs and activities to be a part of in high school and 10 co-curricular activities in the junior high. Students are strongly encouraged to participate in the co-curricular program. Research shows that students who are involved in after school activities will have better grades, better attendance and have less behavioral problems then students who do not participate at all. Encourage your children to be involved, it will make their high school career even more memorable.

There are links on this web site to help you find information about the NCAA, NFHS (National Federation of High Schools, the governing body of high school athletics), the NJSIAA, The Colonial Conference and for directions to schools in the Colonial Conference as well as all the schools in South Jersey. I am always interested in adding more to this web page so suggestions are always welcome.

I look forward to a great school year and I hope that this web page is helpful to you.
