Dr. Seuss’ Birthday is celebrated as Walnut Street:
School library aide, Melissa Toole, organized a special day in honor of Doctor Seuss’ birthday at Walnut street. Classrooms were provided with guest readers who came in and read their favorite Dr. Seuss books to the students. Guest readers included – Superintendent Jones, Board President Gwathney, Mayor Curtis and School Resource Officer ‘Dan’.
